Shipping policy
All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), Monday – Friday 10am-4pm
Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 11:00 AM CST Monday-Friday will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST Monday-Thursday will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST on Friday will begin processing the following business day Monday.
All orders to be shipped will be provided with a tracking number and delivery confirmation
If a merchandise is out of stock (backordered), then you will be notified via Email with three (3) options:
1. Replace the backordered merchandise for merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.
2. Receive a refund on the backordered merchandise, and process the order with the merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.
3. Cancel your order and receive a full refund, including all shipping and handling charges.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

Delivery standards are within business days for items sent between major urban centres and are dependent upon origin and destination. All Canada Post services (including without limitation, on-time delivery guarantees) are subject to terms and conditions.

Lost items
Gabby’s Beauty Supplies is not responsible for any lost items. If tracking states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with Canada Post or the Postal Services used for shipment.
Gabby’s Beauty Supplies does not hold responsibility for package that states have been delivered. If items have not been received,they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the following business day.
NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
